BroekieZ originated from a recognizable problem during sports. Many athletes find that phones, keys, and cards are awkwardly placed, fall out of pockets, or cause distraction during exercise. Existing solutions such as separate bags or straps often feel uncomfortable and restrict freedom of movement. That's why we decided to develop a solution ourselves.

We are first-year students at The Hague University of Applied Sciences, studying Entrepreneurship & Retail Management. For an assignment within our program, we wanted to work on a special product that is not only commercially interesting but also genuinely solves a practical problem that we ourselves recognize. From this idea, BroekieZ was born.

With BroekieZ, we want to show that a good product does more than just look nice. It must be functional, add value, and meet what people truly need in their daily lives. Driven by our interest in entrepreneurship, retail, and consumer behavior, we therefore chose sports shorts that combine comfort, security, and ease of use.
